We are a large painting contractor. We travel nationwide for residential and commercial painting jobs. We focus on larger markets by state and have to be able to service a lot of those areas.
We have a painting project Pompano Beach, FL that includes most of the walls inside of the interior of a home. We are looking for crews who are able to travel for the whole state of Florida if possible for 2 day painting jobs who have crews of painters.
The majority of our jobs are near Tampa, Orlando, Naples, Fort Myers areas. It is better if you will do jobs in all of these locations so we can sub all jobs to one contractor.
We pay as a percentage of the total job. Either we can purchase materials or you can. If we do I have to have a project manager oversee the job. I can pay as high as 55% of job price if you purchase all materials for paint and handle all customer interactions without little work from us. Some subs we have to pay less because we have to oversee them. Our average job size is $6000 which means you make 55% of that including materials. Must include all touch up and warranty your work.
We have work in California, Texas, Ohio, Arizona, and Florida mainly for residential and traveling work all over the USA more than $25,000. Our painting company does about $1.5 million per year.
If you are familiar with Certapro, Wow 1 Day Painting, Fresh Touch, Five Star painting, etc we have a similar setup to them but we aren't franchise owned. We are independently owned and operated by myself.
