We are looking for a overnight game tech and attendant to join our team and work alongside managers. You will be responsible for assuring our 50+ connected reality claw machines and arcade games functioning correctly, you will be repairing hardware failures, troubleshooting and repairing software issues, ensuring games are playable for customers and creating a great experience.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required with Windows operating system proficiency
One-year computer service repair or technical customer service experience
Electrical knowledge, (reading electrical signals, understanding PCB schematics, ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
Understanding basic networking, (IPs, router UI's)
Familiar with claw machines and arcade games, repair experience is a plus
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. stand for prolonged periods of time
Experience with hand-tools
Maintain games and take preventative maintenance measures, assist in determining and acquiring needed game parts
Maintain, organize, and inventory all testing equipment and tools.
Report to management of needed parts and supplies
